Windows 10: Windows 10 - 2004 update - Bug Check 0x1E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I have attempted to update via windows update,
and to update from a ISO.

both ways I get to the first system reboot - which fails with s BSOD - KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Bug Check 0x1E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I got Blue Screen caused by Bug Check 0x1E, here is the whole message in the Event Log:

OS version: 10.0.17134

I also got the analysis report from DebugDiag Analysis:

In 061119-14125-01.dmp the instruction at CI!WNF_CI_SMODE_CHANGE+0x8 caused a kernel
BugCheck 1E with the following details:





It gives a Recommendation of "Please ensure the latest version of CI is installed", but I cannot find any solution about installing latest CI.

I was bothered by this problem twice per day, please help me!
