Windows 10: Windows 10 20H2 (Happened in 2004 as well) Freezes

Hey guys, This is really weird for me because i have searched youtube, the entire google and found 0 similar results to my problem im facing right now so i wanted to write this down in reddit. So here's what im facing. While i use my laptop normally watching twitch, youtube and browsing, at times my laptop freezes all of a sudden. (Already happened 4 times including today). This freeze im talking about is not a regular normal computer freeze. Normally when a computer freezes, everything stops working and if its a windows OS problem, it will give a BSOD. But in my case, Mouse works. windows search bar (i can only type in it but nothing comes up). Cant open any apps BUT i am able to open task manager for a certain time limit. During the freeze, task manager displays "-1%" GPU usage. (Discrete and integrated for the past 3 time of freeze but today only discrete GPU was at -1%. I have done DDU both AMD (my CPU) and NVDIA my (GPU). I just want to know if im the ONLY one in this world with this kind of problem since i found 0 results in google for "-1% GPU usage". Here i will include an image give you guys a look of what im dealing with.

Windows 10 version 20H2

I down loaded windows 10 version 20H2 and now many games I play on FB are VERY slow. The games worked ok on version 2004. Question if I down load version 2004 will it override version 20H2, or do I need to remove version 20H2 prior to downloading version
2004?

Windows 10 version 20H2

The computer in question had Windows 7 on it and there was not an option to uninstall the 20H2 update. So I have reverted back to Windows 7. Is there a way to download and install Windows 10 version 2004? The games will work on that version but not the
20H2 version.
