Windows 10: Windows 10 20H2 OS Build 19042.661 0x800f081f errors when updating

This is something I've been trying to resolve for weeks. I'm willing to pay someone for any type of avail or resolution to this issue. I'm currently on Windows 10 version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.661) I've tried updating to the latest KBs on this version which are KB4592438, KB4598242, KB4598291. I've also tried opting in for Windows Insider builds and get the same error. I don't use any antiviruses, and have Windows 10 Defender disabled on my machine. I don't have much software running that could be conflicting, and tried already disabling everything non-essential for the OS to function in autoruns and all non-Microsoft services and get the same errors. Here is a list of things I've already attempted and tried.

• Disabled/Enabled .NET framework 3.5 and 4.8 features here
• Ran a SFC scan, and a DISM scan using the latest Windows 10 image off the media creation tool for 20H2. Followed this guide on tenforums using option 1 on step 6. Also tried the automated Windows 10 update troubleshooter in Windows 10 settings.
• Pointed alternative source file path for .NET via group policy by mounting the ISO downloaded using the media creation tool inside the \sources\sxs folder
• Reset group policy and ran gpupdate /force
• Tried the .NET repair tool made by Microsoft, and installing it manually to no avail. No errors upon installation and installs fine
• Tried the Windows Update Reset Tool provided by Microsoft
• Tried a in-place upgrade and it fails I get this error code: "0x800707E7 - 0x3000D the installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation. This is a issue of its own. I've already tried uninstalling most of my drivers on my machine and reinstalling them.
• Tried uninstalling the KB in appwiz.cpl via installed updates, and fails and gives a generic error code that it could not be uninstalled.
• Tried installing .CAB update files manually and gives the same errors.

I've already posted this on other forums, and had some users confirming with me that they had the same problems. Also noted users having the same issue on the TenForums update KB thread here as well. I've done multiple searches on other forums, and found no solution provided to resolve this error that works. Not sure if this version I'm on is bugged or not. I've already provided feedback to Microsoft to get it reported if its a bug or not. I appreciate any type of assistance, is greatly appreciated. I probably could have reinstalled Windows 10 and would take less time, but I don't give up easily when trying to resolve these kind of issues. I might just wait until the next major update for Windows 10 which usually resolve these kind of problems from my experience.

Update KB4493464 (OS Build 17134.706) Failure ERROR: 0x800f081f

Computer has tried about a dozen times to update but keeps failing.

I googled the error and it talks about an older version of NET Framework 3.5 and installing it.

The NET framework in question with this error is enabled in my system.

Are there any other reasons for getting the 0x800f081f error....or why would the update keep failing?
