Windows 10: Windows 10 21H1 Unresponsive on Desktop

Just starting this morning I haven't been able to use my computer due to unresponsiveness!!! The computer will boot up just fine but logging in it will be much slower than usual and when reaching the desktop screen the true issue comes up. The screen looks fine and mouse movement is shown, but quickly it will become unresponsive even while still showing mouse movement. I can't open up any files explorer or control panel. The start button is also completely unresponsive to left clicks 0r right clicks. To shutdown the computer I have to right click the start button and select from there, but even then its can be unresponsive. Task bar, Start Menu, Programs etc. become unresponsive. And only way to get out of it is to open Task Manager(Ctrl+Alt+Del) then close it, by doing this I can access to Start Menu or Programs just for three minutes or less before it become unresponsive again!!! I ran Mem86(9.2) test but no errors, clean boot or Safe Mode didn't resolve the problems, did try to reset but no luck or restore from Acronis True Image. Nothing was change in the System, I can get to my Bios just fine, but I have no clue what to do there or anywhere at all. All drivers are up to dates and running Window 10 Pro 21H1

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows 10 deleted my desktop files

Step 1 - I upgraded to Win 10 and lost all my files on Desktop.

Step 2 - Found the files in Network - USers- Desktop

copied all files again to desktop.

Step 3- Restarted my machine again and lost desktop files again.

Step 4 - As suggested did the following as listed below but dont find my files.

• Press “Windows + E”, open This PC/Computer
• Open Local Disc C, open Windows.old
• Click on Users, select your User name
• Go to desktop folder

Cant find my files. Why is Win 10 deleted files again and again from Desktop ?.
