Windows 10: Windows 10 21H2

I don't know if anybody else has had any problems with this version of windows 10 but everytime i install it when i turn my computer on at the beginning of the day like 4:30 AM i have to restart my computer because when i move my mouse the curser goes all over my screen and i have to restart right off to fix this until i turn my computer off for the night and back on in the morning now this didn't do this with previous versions of windows 10 so could some body please help me out here im not sure what to do to fix this , I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the software for my mouse i have a

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
