Windows 10: Windows 10 22h2 won't update past 17763

Discus and support Windows 10 22h2 won't update past 17763 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I had to reset my PC using a flash drive I received from the company that I bought my PC from a few years back, and now have to completely redownload...     Windows 10 22h2 won't update past 17763


    I had to reset my PC using a flash drive I received from the company that I bought my PC from a few years back, and now have to completely redownload all the updates from Windows from over the years, but now Windows Update appears to be constantly downloading an update, while also not in some weird way. It goes all the way to 100% for download, and install, tells me to restart the device, I restart, and the version has not changed. If more information is required, I'll try to find it when it's requested, but while I know a good bit about PCs, there is still a LOT I don't know, so instructions

    How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2  

    If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.

    Windows 10 won´t start any program as Administrator

    Hello. I´m having this issue since installed one of the latest Windows 10 system updates.

    When I try to open any program that requires Administrator confirmation (that screen with the Yes/No question), this dialog won´t appear anymore. The screen background stays darkened and nothing happens.

    1. Using Windows 10 Home (x64)
    2. My microsoft user account is properly checked
    3. I´m the administrator of the PC
    4. Already tried do create another administrator user account - same problem, no success
    5. Cannot start any program/service that requires administrator authorization (not even regedit)
    Please help!
