    Netbook, 64-bit or 32-bit?

    The only real test would be trying 32 bit Windows 10 and seeing if it ends up being faster in practice [a test that would take quite a bit of your limited time].

    I get the impression that you are aware that
    2GB RAM are required for the 64 bit version     whereas a minimum of 1GB is required for the 32 bit version. So your choice is between

    • getting the benefit of 64 bit processing but limited by the invalid RAM size, or
    • foregoing the 64 bit processing benefit in order to fulfil the minimum RAM requirement.

    Hi can you please advise? My laptop is 64 bit windows 7 with 1gb ram.I have to download via the media creation as the app fails saying I don't meet requirements. I want to download the 32 bit that requires 1gb ram but windows will only allow the
    64 bit to download.

    Hey guys,

    I just wanted to ask that can my low end PC run 64 bit OS.It has a 2GB RAM.

    Here are my system specs:

    Intel Pentium G2010 2.8GHz

    2GB DDR3 DIMM RAM

    Intel DH61HO motherboard

    I think this much info will be required.

    Also i have not tried to install a 64 bit OS before.

    Running the 32 bit Windows 10 PRO.
