Windows 10: windows 10 64 instalation

About two weeks ago I wanted to the most out of my pc by increasing my rams clocked frequency to its rated 3200mhz by enabling xmp on my gigabyte b450m ds3h motherboard. Immediately after enabling the xmp profile my computer would no longer boot to windows. After trying a new hard drive I was able to install windows 10 32 bit to a 7200rpm 1tb hard drive. After getting into windows I wiped my old boot drive in an effort to install 64 bit onto that ssd instead. However when I got through the installer to the "upgrade" option to install it tells me I have to boot to windows and erase windows from my drive first (which is not installed on that drive). Then when I tried using "custom install" and went to choose my install location 3 drives showed up one 499 gb dirve (which I have) one 249 gb drive showed up (which I have) and a 16mb cache (which I cant identify) but I couldn't install windows to any of them because it said they were a part of a gtp partition or something. have partitioned any of drives. I assumed I either had a mother board issue or a cpu issue so replaced my motherboard with the asus TUF b450m-plus gaming motherboard and the issue persisted. I do not have the funds to buy a new cpu to replace my ryzen 5 2600 and I am not so confident in my diagnosis that I am willing to replace so hastily. If anyone has had this issue and was able to fix it without replacing any parts I would love to know what you did.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
