    GPU-Z update loop (Windows 10 64-bit)

I don't have better steps - this is all, I have nothing to add.

Maybe it is worth noting issue was on Windows 10 Enterprise, build 14393.187, so maybe you should test on the same.
My other PCs have a different Windows 10 version - Pro, latest Insider Preview build from last week, and there is no such issue on those.
All are 64-bit edition of Windows 10.

This issue is not new. I have had same 1-2 years ago too, with older GPU-Z versions.

EDIT: And yes, I have Windows 10 UAC enabled and set to defaults. If you are using your Windows PCs with UAC off, you likely cannot reproduce this issue. *Smile windows 10 64 update kb4467702 :)

  3. Windows Update Issues with KB4467702 and KB4023057

I having issues with trying to install the 2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) and 2018-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057). Both updates will download and install,
and then need to restart the computer. However, it will not allow me to restart from the Windows Update message, giving me an error and asking to try again later. When I shut down the computer, it installs up to 30% of the updates. When I turn on the computer
the next day, it proceeds to go to 100% complete for the updates, and then tells me that there was an issue with the updates and they are removing the updates. That process takes 15-20 minutes before it allows me to log in to my computer. It has happened
quite a number of times now.

I ran the troubleshooter for Windows Update several times, which always finds some issues to fix, but it does not fix my problem. I ran an SFC scan on my computer, but that did not help. I have gone to the Microsoft Update Catalog to run the updates manually.
There is no entry in the Microsoft Update Catalog for KB4023057, but there was the update for KB4467702. I ran that last update manually, but it gave me the same issues as before (downloads fine, installs fine, gets to 100% complete for updating, and then
    removes the update).

Here is my Update History for the two updates:

Security Update for Windows (KB4467702) <--- This was the manual update described above.

    Failed to install on 11/21/2018 - 0x800f0922

    2018-11 Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) (9)

Last failed install attempt on 11/21/2018 - 0x80240610

    2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702) (8)

Last failed install attempt on 11/20/2018 - 0x800f0922

    2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4467702)

Requires a restart to finish installing

I have also had an error tag of 0x80070643 for both updates, but that no longer shows up.

    Any suggestions?

    windows 10 64 update kb4467702

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
