Windows 10: Windows 10 Activation after Upgarde

Hello,


My windows 10 is not activating through digital licence after upgrade from windows 7. I had done the following before


1 After January 14 I had upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7, but I found only black screen appearing

2 after this was not working I newly installed windows 10, as it was not upgrade so it was not activated

3 again I upgraded it to windows 10.



After all this also my windows 10 is not getting activated by digital licence even though it was pre installed with windows 7 ultimate. Please help me find or activate through digital licence.

UPGARDE TO WINDOWS 10-PRO

I had a windows 7 installed HP Laptop, whish was upgarded to WINDOWS10 HOME online. I am facing issues of logon and sgutdown issues after upgade. I upgarded to WINDOWS 10 PRO nad is not activated. Can I get support to activate the same without any payment?

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
