Windows 10: Windows 10 Activation error code 0x803FA067

Hello, so the problem that I am struggling with is trying to reactivate Windows 10 on my laptop, but I am unable to do it since I do not have a product key. I bought this laptop from a third party seller just over a year ago. I forgot to ask the seller for the product key or digital license key and it is too late to ask him now. When I go to settings < Update & Security < Activation I get the error code "0x803FA067" and it tells me I cant activate it because I don't have a valid digital license or product key. I did some research online and I can have one of two issues, either I don't have a valid product key, or I don't have a valid digital license key. Since this laptop is older, I'm guessing the person who bought it upgraded to Windows 10 when it was free. So I'm thinking that I might need to find my digital license key in order to re-enter it into the activation window. So I would like to know where I should go from here, I don't want to buy a new version of Windows 10 from the store due to the fact that I am not exactly in the best financial situation right now. Is there any way for me to recover either of the keys? What can I do to re-activate Windows 10

Windows version: Windows 10 Pro

No hardware changes at all since I got it

Have tried multiple Key Finder software programs but none of which have provided a valid key

Have reset laptop to factory settings, did nothing

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.

I tried to activate windows 10 pro but after entering activation key and pressing the activate button a pop up showed saying,"Can not activate now our servers might be down, cannot identify license" with the error code 0x803fa067
