Windows 10: Windows 10 activation on new hardware

Hi all
I have purchased win10 long time ago and about a month ago my PC gave up so I had to build new one motherboard, CPU, etc I have installed win10 and later a realized that I have mesage that it is not activated. I have run the troubledhooter, no help. logged in to my account on microsft and removed the old PC from there thinking that it will fix the problem but it didnt. Call centre didnt help either because I cant provide code. I have followed some other post in here and did the command promt slmgr.vbs /dlvto got this screenshot but what would be the next step? Thank you

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?

 

Windows 10 Activation (Insider)

This kinda sucks. However, if one is upgrading from a retail W7/8, then it should activate on different hardware, with possible phone activation required if it's been over 120 days or whatever the timeout period is now since the last activation. Remember to erase the copy on the old hardware, of course.
