Windows 10: Windows 10 activation

So I just got this Dell Optiplex 990 and it booted up just fine. Had no need to activate windows, no warnings came up, nothing. Then I started to use it for gaming, I needed a GPU so I got a GTX 1050ti. Along with that I got a Thermaltake 700w Power supply. When I put both of those into my computer I booted it up and then my computer was yelling at me to reactivate windows 10. I went to my settings>update and security>activation and then I pressed troubleshoot. It then said "Cant apply windows to this pc" or something like that. And I tried contacting Microsoft from the cellphone number given, but it said that they were closed. So now I have 2 problems. My windows 10 not activated. And google saying that the number is available 24 hours a day yet no one was there to help me. On that note. Any Ideas?

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
