Windows 10: Windows 10 Activation

So I got this laptop a few weeks ago and it was bought from a friend who decided to buy it for me and ship it to my P.O Box. Well it came in perfectly fine, no scratches or breaks in the screen. So I hoped on and got everything up and going, well... it tells me to activate my windows and I went into the settings and to the option Activation. Well it pops up this error code- 0xC004C008, which means My brand new computer's product key was activated on another device, but it was bought brand new? So I start trying to get help, I tried the Get Help option and all she says is to go to SLUI 04, well I do and I don't understand the whole 9 groups with 6 to 7 numbers in it, I clearly see all of it but it doesn't help verify what I'm supposed to be looking at. So I try calling the number and it doesn't help what so ever, it just tells me to do the Get Help option or for security issues to dial two numbers. Well the Get Help option System said for me to look into the email for the product key or windows activation and I asked my friend and he verified it wasn't in his email either, and it also never came into the box. So I don't know what to do, and I really need this computer to work. It's from the company named- Evoo, Tuned by THX.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?

or you could hack it with a crack but please note this is always risky and you don't know what's in the hack
