Windows 10: Windows 10 Activation

Hi,Just rebuilt my PC and now I cannot get Windows to activate.I can log into my Microsoft account, can see my old PC listed but cannot get it to activate.When I run the trouble shooter it does not offer my device as a selection.What other options do I have to get my system re-activated?I have lodged tickets 2 days ago with MS support, but the "invisible do not talk to you people" have not responded.This really is poor customer support.ThanksJason

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
