    What you just said indicates that your admin account is corrupted.
    If your new account is also an admin account, then use it for a few days. If no more problems, then go back to the old corrupted account > back up files you want to keep > delete the corrupted account. It's no use to you anymore.

    P.S. Have you updated to build 14328 yet ?
