Windows 10: Windows 10 and Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter broadcom bcmwl63a chipset

Had issues with broadcom bcmwl63a on Windows 10 as reported with many people


The issue was after a successful connection to my network that the connection dropped and was not since able to reconnect.. tried everything from reset to reinstall etc everything here:

Then i looked at the router settings and i enabled


Loop Detection


This allowed my PC an immediate connection..

This app can't run on this PC - Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter Wireless... doesnt work on this verion of Windows

Try the one from the Broadcom website listed for Windows 10. You may have to restart your computer after installation for it to take effect.

Acer Switch 10 Broadcom 802.11abgn wireless SDIO cannot start after upgrading to Windows 10 Creator's edition.

Have you tried the latest driver?

Is the adapter hidden? Device manager>View>Hidden devices.

If so unhide & try to update the driver.

Broadcom 802. 11abgn wireless sdio adapter


hi,

My asus t200 transformer book has the Broadcom 802. 11abgn wireless sdio adapter.
Recently, my PC started having serious issues with connecting to public wifi.
Everytime I try, my PC says my wireless adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related issues, and the wireless function shuts down entirely.

Restarting, enabling and disabling and so forth doesn't solve the problem, only a full uninstall of the device and a clean install of most recent drivers fixes the issue, until next time I try connecting to a public wifi.

My Asus runs window 10 64bit.

Any ideas?
