As you can see by this photo when I slightly move my Laptop screen either forward or back, these two stacked circles appear on my screen and will not go away. I have moved my screen numerous times back and forth and they won't disappear. There is always a curser in the lower circle that blinks rapidly when I move my curser. My mouse curser will move with the mouse movement, but the curser in the lower circle stays put and only blinks rapidly. I don't know where these circles are coming from and I am hoping someone can help me get rid of the circles. I can restart my laptop and they are not there until I adjust my screen for viewing. I am using a bluetooth mouse and when it is turned off, the circles still appear. I just realized that I cannot select anything with my mouse unless I slightly move my laptop screen. In order to complete this question, I have to hold my laptop screen slightly so the circles will no interfere with my typing. Please help!

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
