Windows 10: Windows 10 App store and some things are gone after debloating

Used the Sycnex debloater and made sure not to delete windows apps,yet ended up doing it. This got rid of Xbox, Store and image viewer too.

Used the reverse registry changes but that did not help

The app was showing in search but nothing happened when i tried to open it

Did reset the Pc (locally) but this got rid of the serach results of the missing apps too

Any ideas on how to get it back?

1. wsreset.exe works and then asks "you'll need a new app to open windows-ms-store-link"
2. Powershell to restore windows store basically does nothing. IDK if I'm not waiting long enough or something.
3. Troubleshooter doesn't help.
4. Complete PC reset doesn't help either.
5. Making an alternate family acc doesn't work either.

Its something VERY specific. Probably need some experienced people/pros to figure it out

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
