Windows 10: Windows 10 ARM

I see a lot of windows 10 ARM laptops but I haven't saw any desktops. I would like to do some testing of my apps in an ARMs environment but I don't want to buy another laptop to do it. I bought (a cheap) lumia 950 xl because you can install windows 10 ARM on it (unofficially) and it runs slow. I'm not complaining because it's older hardware and I'm just shocked that it works. I can at least tell if my app is working but I would like to be able to do additional speed testing and wanted to know if anyone has heard anything about a Windows 10 ARM based desktop that is out or is coming out?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
