  1. Windows 10 audio issue

    Device info:

    Dell vostro 3578

    Cpu: i5-8th gen, 1Tb hdd 8gb ram

    Amd Radeon graphics 520 2gb

Os: Win 10 1909 updated upto march

Sound card: Realtek Audio with waves Maxx pro audio

I use my laptop for studying, simultaneous note making, listening to music for around 6-8 hrs a day

    Issue:

Around 1st week of February i noticed sound distortion of something like irrrrr, rrrrr dragging notes for example it pronounces starring as starrrrring while hearing to my playlist. Thought that it is a simple problem and a restart or something will fix it but of no Vail. It kept coming and going randomly and it also happens with audio jack earphones too.

It is quite irritating and disturbing for me as i used to listen a lot including podcasts.

    Things i tried:

Updating audio drivers - no use

Uninstalling and reinstalling audio drivers - no use

    Troubleshooting audio - no use

Using Microsoft generic driver - having problems with that too

    System restore - no use

Sfc and dism didnt find any problems too

Dell diagnostic test - all passed

*Experiencing on both internal speakers and audio jack*

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    :)
