Windows 10: Windows 10 Audio Not Working

Hello, when i play youtube videos on my computer the sound doesnt work and when i try to play the test tone in sound settings nothing plays. my speakers are plugged in and i have the latest drivers from my motherboard manufacturer (gigabyte) and it still doesnt work. I dont have a system manufacturer because my PC is Custom Built. The sound works sometimes but most of the time it doesnt work.


I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, i have checked if the windows audio service is running and automatic. i am really pissed off and need this working as soon as possible. this is what my troubleshoot says;
