Windows 10: Windows 10 auto-prompting for Shut Down

My office has been having an issue where Windows 10 prompts for a shut down without warning, while the user is working, without any special button presses. When it does this, it begins the shut down process automatically in the background, closing programs like Chrome, company-software, GotoAssist, and Explorer-related processes, like the ability to save documents. This happens to only certain users, but it happens regularly like daily. I've found the only workaround so far is to disable shut down ability for the users, but obviously this is not ideal. Has anyone else seen this issue? Is there a fix for this Windows 10 bug? It is causing headaches since users lose their work, even when they cancel the shut down, and end up having to reboot to resume Explorer.

As mention you want to cancel auto shutdown which have created a task and the task can be cancel by the simple steps below

Step 1:

• 
  Press Windows key + R and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Type “ shutdown –a ”
  in the empty box and hit Enter.
  

If the above step didn’t work try step two.

Step 2:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and press
  Enter.
  
• 
  Click on command prompt.
  
• 
  Type “ shutdown –a “ in the black screen where the cursor is blinking and hit
  Enter

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
