Windows 10: Windows 10 Automatic Repair Error

Hi, I have a dual OS - Windows and Ubuntu.

So today, when I tried booting to Windows, it showed up the Automatic Repair error and goes directly to the blue screen. Here's what I've tried so far -

1. 
   Tried system restore to an automatic restore point. Restored successfully and two of my softwares were uninstalled. Restarted to find the same blue screen. Verdict: Didn't work.
   
   
2. 
   Tried restoring windows registry using command prompt, following instructions from here The commands were unsuccesul as it said file was missing.
   
   
3. 
   Also tried bootrec /fixboot after a lot of struggle. Still didn't work.
   
   
4. 
   Disabled the automatic repair option from comman prompt and windows gave me this message - The Operating system couldn't be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors. File: \ windows\system32\config\system Error code: 0Xc00000e9
   
   
5. 
   After this, I tried the reset option on the blue screen. But it says it couldn't reset and no changes were made.
   
   
6. 
   Also, I tried booting into Safe mode from the blue screen, but it just takes me to the Blue screen itself?
   

I think I have a vague idea of what might have gone wrong. I did a complete system cleanup using CCleaner some 2 days back (yes I selected the additional windows/backup files and all of the checkboxes like the fool I am).

Is that what caused the problem? What can I do at this point? I do have access to Ubuntu and all of my Windows files from there. But Windows won't boot and I need to get access to it asap

Windows 10 random automatic repair after changing boot priority.

Hello. So i have an Windows 10 Pro. Sometimes when i am changing in bios boot order from USB to HDD ( SDD ) windows starts booting with AUTOMATIC REPAIR and then restarting. Is this something with BIOS \ Windows 10 bug related? Tested on pc and on laptop , and sometimes it doing the same.


Situation on PC first,listen:

Few days ago after i change boot in UEFI BIOS from USB to SSD.
Then Windows 10 showed at 1 boot Automatic Repair.
When starting Windows 10 boot loader starts by "preparing automatic repair" and diagnosing pc.
Interesting is that if I restart Windows (after procedure mentioned earlier) it will boot normally. This startup problem was occured only when starting system again after shutdown or restarted pc from windows.So i was needed 2 boots to boot properly to windows.
But on pc, format was needed to remove completely issue and after format is fine.

Pc :
2x8gb Kingston Hyperx 1600mhz DDR3
SSD samsung Evo 250 gb
4790k stock
Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2 with UEFI BIOS


Now laptop with old standard bios:
On laptop i made the same operation, change boot from USB to HDD and on first boot Windows 10 shows Automatic Repair. But it happened once and i cant reproduce. No format was needed.

laptop is very old with 2gb ram

Why on pc format was needed when on laptop not?

Windows 10 startup error

My system showing windows automatic repair but couldn't repair my pic i trying to these step

• bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
• bootrec.exe /fixmbr
• bootrec.exe /fixboot

Only rebuildbcd was successfuly finish but fixmbr couldn't complete showing some error

Help as soon as possible
