Windows 10: Windows 10 Automatic Repair Loop- loop fixed, but I don't have any apps anymore

Following an update, my PC was stuck in an Automatic Repair Loop. I restored to PC to a state in which it could run smoothly. However, whilst my PC is no longer in a loop, all the Office apps have also disappeared- how do I restore them? Have I lost my files forever??
