    Windows 10 automatic repair loop

I have been facing this problem over the last 2 weeks on my Windows 10 computer. Each time I powered on my computer, automatic repair loop process comes on and the normal Windows log-in screen does not come on for me to type my Windows password. I have been unable to log into my computer for the last 2 weeks. The error message I see, after the automatic repair process has been run, is log file d /windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt. Please help me on how to solve this Windows startup problem. I have tried all of the methods shown on Youtube for this precise problem but nothing has helped me.

    :)

    Hi Charlene,

Your concern regarding the device going into an Automatic Repair Loop can be caused by change on its settings/configuration or broken system files. To effectively assist you with your concern, can confirm if you've made any changes on your device prior to
    your concern?

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
    • Select Troubleshoot.
    • Select Advanced options.
    • Select Startup Repair.

We'll appreciate if you can send us an update.
