Windows 10: Windows 10 backup failure with error status_wait_2 0x80070002

The folder that has been indicated is c:\users\helen\pictures\camera roll. I tried creating this path using mkdir but it says it already exists even though you can’t see it on that user. I would like some further help please as I’ve looked on line and there seems to be a lot of options.

Sorry to reopen this old topic again, but no-one seems to have found an answer.

Whenever I do a system image backup, all goes well to 97% then the back-up stops and I get these messages:

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\defaultuser0\Contacts. ErrorSTATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\defaultuser0\Searches. ErrorSTATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\User\Downloads\Crack-up, Fleet Foxes. ErrorSTATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\User\Downloads\No Secrets - Carly Simon. ErrorSTATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\User\Downloads\Various Positions - Leonard Cohen. ErrorSTATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

I can't find these folders on my system. Guess I downloaded the music to another system ages ago. I'm not bothered about not finding them, but if I ever needed to do a system back-up from my external drive without these folders would it work? Could I
restart the system without them, please?

Does anyone know what this means? It occurred after backing up system and files to an external hard disk.

Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\3D Objects. ErrorSTATUS_WAIT_2 (0x80070002))

Backup skipped backing up F:\Mabel 14.8\Contacts as it is on the backup target.

These files could not be backed up with Windows 7 Backup and Restore on Windows 10 (64). What do above messages mean?

I don't need to back up the first file and will skip it.

I guess I need the second file in case I ever have time or desire for 3D, but it seems no loss now. So far, it's only an empty folder.

Third message persists from Win 7 and is simply not true! This file was never copied or moved to present backup target and is not to be found on my computer since deletion from Win 7 before conversion to Win 10. Why can't I get rid of it?
