    Windows 10 Backup to External HD Error


    When using Windows 10 (thru the Control Panel Security feature backup and restore) and trying to create a backup of my computer to an external HD I get the following error message:


    The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable. Details:Access is denied.


    Error Code: 0x80070570


    How do I overcome this error and back up my computer to the external HD?

    Backup on external HD

    I have several external HD units for backup.

    All units turn on was accessible in computer and ready for backup via SyncToy.

    In Win 10 the external HD sowed op the first two days. Then disappeared one by one.

    All discs had its own drive letter.

    Now only one external HD is accessible.

    Wil that HD disappear too.

    cant backup to external hd win 10 64bit goes to 60% then i get error ox80070002 is there a Microsoft fix it fot win10 updates I cant seem to find it or how can I fix this

    External HD Connection Problem

    I have attached an external HD to my computer running Windows 10 and it will not show up in my drive list. The properties shows it as Seagate.ink - what is an ink file and any suggestions as to how I can get it to work?
