Windows 10: Windows 10 - BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO

Good day!

I do have these specifications:

Motherboard: MSI B250M Mortar Arctic

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7100 @ 3.90 GHz

Memory (RAM): 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4 2133 MHz G.Skill Aegis
Storage 0: Kingston 120GB SSD UV400
Storage 1: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
OS: Windows 10 Home - Single Language (64-Bit)

Enabled: MSI RAMDisk (Chrome Cache)

There are times when I bootup the PC, it just says BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO. Then, it will restart, and restart. But after 2 failed boots, Windows will repair the startup problem. Sometimes, I need to insert my Recovery Drive (Flash Drive) to fix the problem. I don't know how and why this happened.

Windows 10 Bad_System_Config_Info

I have a computer that cannot boot into Windows 10 just get Bad_System_Config_Info and using automatic repair don't work, using bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /rebuildbcd, bootrec /fixboot (not allowed) don't work and i did some more advanced stuff too didn't work.

I can see when i connect the disk to usb, it has 3 recovery partitions:





Since I can't boot into Windows it's not possible to do a upgrade so that's out of the question.

I know there is a way to do a normal installation to keep user profile, settings, applications and files I done that once before but I can't remember how, is there a friendly soul that has a link or something for this?
