Windows 10: Windows 10, Black screen in desktop

Hi friends,
Suddenly, the black screen appeared in my desktop screen. During that time, internet is connected in desktop from my smart phone and my son, he is downloading a game it seems.

Initially, a white curser appeared without blinking but after restart its not appeared again.

A running sound is coming from the USB after turn on the computer a strange sound like... trrrrrr.
Control + Alt + Delete option is not working.

Please help me to solve this issue.

  Are you getting black screen after Sign in?
