    Windows 10 Black Screen w/no access to menu for safe mode or others


    Windows 10 tried to install drivers and fixes for windows insider preview builds. On restart get a black screen with no access to menu for safe mode or other options.

    Have made a USB with tools and the suggested fix this afternoon.

    Computer will not recognize USB.

    Have tried rebooting with F8, F12, and Control Alt Delete with no success.

    Need direction?

    Unable to access Safe Mode.

    Hi All,

    I hope one you will be able to help and I apologise if this question has been asked before.

    Upgraded to Windows 10 a few weeks ago and since then all I have is a black screen with a mouse pointer showing. I can access the menus that should allow access to safe mode etc but all that happens is it eventually returns to my black screen. Any thoughts
    or suggestions would be appreciated.

    We have Windows 10 installed on a Dell Laptop for months with only minor issues. All of a sudden it now only shows the black screen before Login. All the suggested fixes in other Posts don't help, even booting into safe mode only shows the black screen with
    mouse Cursor.

    I wonder if there is a way to remove the graphics Driver when in the repair mode command line?

    Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.
