Windows 10: Windows 10 Black Screen

Ok bit of a long winded one. I updated to windows 10 home from 8.1 when the option first came about and started having problems with my system files disappearing aswell as my laptop screen going black when I tried to reboot/restart. I have updated my version 10 and it fixed the system files issue but I am still left with the black screen issue.

So to get more detailed, my laptop used to go completely blank upon restart but would still have the fan running and lights working in the background and would never shut off. I would power down the hard way and then try to restart. Upon restarting normally a Packard bell logo would appear but since last year, my laptop screen would be black with no logo even though the laptop display lights and fan was running. I can view the laptop through hdmi to my tv. I have tried updating my display drivers (AMD Radeon HD 8330) to the latest drivers but still happens every time. Have even went back to the standard drivers and same thing. Have done a clean boot/SFC scannow and still everything. There is about one in 100 chances that I do get the screen actually working through my laptop.

Any suggestions?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
