Windows 10: Windows 10 black screen

I have a new dell comupter with windows 10 home. I tried to get to safe mode using the msconfig settings. After I hit OK my monitor screen went black. I tried all the suggestions I could find on the Internet. Did a ctrl alt del. turned off and on three times. tried my recovery disk. Nothing worked. I have no cursor just a black screen. Checked the monitor and it works on a different computer. also checked the mouse and keyboard. Windows will not do anything.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
