Discus and support windows 10 blocking all downloads via all browsers in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I have an issue where all file downloads are being blocked during the "running security scan" phase.     I have an issue where all file downloads are being blocked during the "running security scan" phase. This happens via Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge, even with no Antivirus installed and windows firewall disabled.

    I have followed the available articles and nothing works.

    I do not have the luxury of being able to completely re-install windows so need this resolved somehow with the existing config. I ran a full McAfee scan before I removed it and there are no reported issues on the laptop.

    I won't buy a key, stupid.

    I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

    When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
    is that causing the problem?
