Windows 10: Windows 10 blue screen and receiving several errors

Using Windows 10 Home, version 1809, build 17763.805.


I got a blue screen yesterday, and when I booted the PC, it wouldn't receive any signals for wireless internet.


When I try to start the WLAN AutoConfig service, I receive "Error 127: The specified procedure could not be found."


When I try to run SFC /ScanNow, I receive the error "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."


When I tried to run ChkDsk, the disk check hung at 32%.


When I try to run the /restorehealth command for DISM, I receive "Error 4448: The WOF driver encountered a corruption in the compressed file's Resource Table."


I don't know what these errors all mean, but I've encountered them in the past, and it looks like something's seriously wrong with my system files. Googling hasn't shed any more light on my situation. Could I have some help please?
