Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen Problem

[COLOR=rgba29, 34, 40, 1]I am having trouble with a Dell laptop. It is blue screening, always with the stop code "System Thread Exception not Handled". This seems to be a pretty generic message, and a variety of ideas point toward updating the Bios and drivers.

The laptop is a Dell Latitude e5570, and has an SSD. It is close to 5 years old.

I have tried the following with limited success:

1. The first time, about 1-2 weeks ago, I was able to revive it by using a restore point. This worked for a week or so.

2. Once it started blue screening again, this weekend, the restore point did not help, so I re-imaged with an image taken in December. This worked briefly--a couple of hours, and it started blue screening again.

3. I re-imaged again, and used a Kaspersky boot disk to check for viruses, and it found nothing. I also ran the Dell diagnostics, and it found nothing. At the end of the diagnostics, it displays icons for the various items tested, so I clicked on the hard drive, and it ran that diagnostic in 1-2 seconds, so I don't think it does much compared to the memory which can take close to an hour if you run the full tests. I went to the Dell site and was able to download/install driver and Bios updates. I also ran chkdsk /f /r, and the log did not have anything to indicate that problems were found.

4. It worked for probably an hour before the blue screen.[/COLOR]

Hopefully this is posted where it needs to be, and the files included in the link will help solve the problem. I gather that an ssd has a live of 5-7 years, so maybe the ssd is the problem.
