Windows 10: Windows 10 - Blue Screen

Here is where I am at, struggling to get this resolved. I am stuck in the death loop of windows 10 not booting and going right to blue screen. From there I only have two options; Troubleshoot or Turn Off PC.


I go into Troubleshoot and I have the six options: System Restore, Go back to Previous Version, Image Recovery, System Repair, Command Prompt, UEFI Settings. I have tried a number of them after reading some articles and here is what happens:


1) System Restore: Click it and get "To use system Restore, you must specify which Windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select and operating system, and then select system restore"....I click close and takes me back to square one.


2) Go Back to Previous Version: Click it and get "Wan ran into a problem and won't be able to take you back to the previous version of Windows. Try resetting your PC instead..." Ok, useless


3) System Image Recovery: Click it and it scans for system image files and get "Windows cannot find a system image on this computer. Attach the backup hard disk or insert the final DVD from a backup set and click Retry. Alternatively, close the dialog for more options"


4) System Repair: Click it, start to diagnose my PC and then I get "Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC. Press advanced options to try other options to repair your PC or shut down to turn off your PC, Log file: (blank). I click advanced options, and back to the six choices again.


5) / 6) Command Prompt and UEFI...I have tried a few things I read in forums but nothing has worked.


I also downloaded a Windows 10 installation media on a USB drive, but I do not want to lose my personal files on the PC I am having issues with, so not sure where I go from here. Please help!

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
