Windows 10: Windows 10 blue screen

I've recently got a new laptop with windows 10 and it keeps blue screening, the BSOD's only happen on one specific account and when i go to another account it doesn't happen. The error on the blue screen is UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP, What went wrong: fltmgr.sys.

I've already tried searching for windows updates on the working account, and deleting the account that keeps BSODing and putting it back on but i keep having the same issue.
