Windows 10: Windows 10 Blue Screen

About 3 months ago I built my own computer. It ran perfectly fine for the first month, then I hadn't used it for probably a month. When I came back it would constantly blue screen and restart, I only had like 30 seconds of time to look around before it crashed again. I dug around the internet trying to find any sort of fix for it and nothing came up. So I figured I would just do a hard reset and redownload windows. But the problem still occurs, I noticed that it's very very slow when opening any sort of program. And further digging, I noticed my ssd and hdd were both sitting at 100 percent usage even when 1 program was open. Could my ssd and hdd have failed and that's the reason my drivers sit at 100 and it constantly blue screens. My ssd is a samsung 860 evo 250gb and my hdd is a 500gb 5200rpm that I took out of my ps4. I dont know if this is needed but my other specs ar 32gb of 3600mhz ram. A Ryzen 5 3600x using base clocks, a Geforce Rtx 2070 and my power supply is a rose will 550w Gold.
