Windows 10: WINDOWS 10 BLUE SCREEN

On tuesday 9/8/20 while downloading 2 windows updates my screen went blue. I tried all the options on the screen to fix the problem but i could not.

I had to call an outside computer repair firm to fix the problem. He had to reinstall windows and reinstall my data that was backed up plus reinstall all my programs. He spent at least 12 hours doing this. You can figure out how much this cost me. From looking online it appears that microsoft is negligent in

sending out these downloads and causing all kinds of problems for windows 10 users. Anyone know a class action law firm that would want to take on this case?
