Windows 10: Windows 10 Bluetooth Toggle is Missing

I have Windows 10 on an Acer Aspire E5-575g , and I've restarted after each thing I've tried. I was using Bluetooth earphones as normal until they randomly disconnected. The switch has been missing ever since.

The drivers were there in Device Manager at first but after trying to auto-update them and restarting, even those are missing. They do not show up even after clicking Show Hidden Devices.

I've made sure that Bluetooth Audio Gateway Service and Bluetooth Support Service are set to automatically start up (and that they are currently running)

I've ran the bluetooth troubleshooter, it says "Device does not have Bluetooth Capability."

I'm running the latest version of Windows. What can I do?

Bluetooth in windows 10

My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision

Edit: This is a dongle with old BT version I see now, but I'm sure you can find a Asus BT4.0 version.

@aasim1111 I have this one, it doesn't show that it supports A2DP in the specs but I think it'll work, otherwise send a mail to Asus and ask.

Bluetooth on/off toggle button Windows 10

I have owned this machine for 2 and 1\2 weeks. As soon as I unboxed and connected it to the web I did the free windows 10 "upgrade" Had I known the issues with Bluetooth on this operating system I would have NEVER done the upgrade. I am using Bluetooth a lot
for my music. It has been nothing but a P I T A! The unit remains connected on Bluetooth and I cannot use the speakers. I must "remove" the Bluetooth device (my Yamaha V receiver) from the devices connected menu every time I want to get away from my HiFi.
The on\off toggle would be GREAT for this.....but it does not exist. I did what you suggested and it solved nothing. Again, I am a true "rookie"
