Windows 10: Windows 10 boot drive

I recently reinstalled windows onto an SSD using a disk image on a DVD. The installation was successful except that the system will only boot if the DVD is loaded; it will not boot directly from the SSD. If the DVD is loaded, my BIOS says to "press any key to boot from CD" and if I do nothing the system proceeds to boot from the SSD. However, if there is no DVD in the optical drive, I get a message that it can't find a disk with an OS installed. Is there any way to install a boot directory onto the SSD so that it will run without loading the DVD?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
