Windows 10: Windows 10 boot us with black screen

Hello everyone.I have a problem with my computer. When I turn on a computer it boots and right after booting the screen goes black just before a logon screen pops out. It is still booting, and I can even enter my pin blindly, hear startup notifications, etc. It happens almost every boot, like 9 out of 10 times. What helps me is pressing ctrl+shift+win+B to restart graphics driver. I'm not sure but it seems that it started happening roughly the same day I enabled encryption via manage-bde command through command prompt. I turned on secure boot and all that, TPM 2.0 is working if that matters. T

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
