Windows 10: Windows 10 Boots to a Black Screen after an error during Factory Reset.

Hello! So last night I had tried resetting windows 10, when searching around as to why I got an error messaging trying to normally reset it, I had found out that I needed to use the re-installation disc that came with the PC due to it being custom built. While using the disc to reset my PC it seemed like it was working for around half an hour. After half an hour I had been granted with an error message somewhere along the lines of "there was a problem resetting your PC", but the part that normally states "no changes have been made" wasn't there. Now every single time my PC boots I get sent to a black screen of which my mouse doesn't show up on screen at all. I've tried using the same re-installation disc to fix my PC but it just gives me the no changes have been made error when trying anything.
