Windows 10: Windows 10 brightness and volume keys on keyboard

I have Windows 10 on my computer, and I would like to use my keyboard to adjust the brightness and the volume.

I am unable to find a way to make them work on my keyboard. Is there anyway to turn it on?

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

Keyboard volume and brightness keys for display/keyboard light not working!

I'm using a macbook pro, but I have windows 10 which upgraded from 7 two days ago. My issue is that the keys that control volume and display/keyboard light brightness will not work. The F keys seem to work fine however. Could anyone assist with this issue?
