Windows 10: Windows 10: BSOD/Bugcheck 0x0000009f while sleeping, AC plugged in

Laptop started rebooting, seems it happens when it goes to sleep mode.
Nothing suspicious in device manager, in event viewer:

Any pointers on how to fix it please?
No new hardware added recently.

Bugcheck 0x0000009f since cumulative update for Windows 10 kb3081448

My PC has started to hang while asleep since the installation of the Windows 10 cumulative update KB3081448. When I reboot I find an entry in the event log reporting Bugcheck 0x0000009f:

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x00000003, 0x8d3fb030, 0x836b9af0, 0xe62f83d8). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 091115-29468-01"

 

The rules of this forum state clear to have a genuine activation, since there are reasonable doubts to believe that you have a nongenuine activitation, you need to install a clean copy of Windows and activate it genuine in order to receive support.
A clean install is necessary to remove the modifications installed by cracks/bypasses.
