    Windows 10 Insider

    I have been an insider from the beginning but have purchased a new computer. It had Windows 8.1 but updated to Win 10 Home Build 10120. I set the advanced options to receive on Fast Ring but it will not offer the updated builds on the Fast Ring. I signed
    into the Insider Program and then tried to update without success. I even downloaded from the Insider Program but it just reinstalled build 10120. Build 10120 is activated.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Windows 10 start menu/notification menu/metro apps not opening anymore

    I had this issue as well, and when trying the fix, during the restorehealth command, I got an error (0x800f081f) stating the source files could not be found. Everything I am running I was able to run perfectly fine during the tech preview with no issues
    with the start menu or search, up until build 10120 (last build I was able to test before traveling for work), so I don't believe it's an issue with 3rd party software, such as steam or MS office 365. Currently running windows 10 pro version 10.0.10240.16384
    according to DISM.
