    Windows 10 App updates fail to install

    I have noticed since Build 10074 no upgrade will install, and even with Build 10125, this is on 2 separate computers a home made Desktop PC and a Toshiba laptop.

    Error Code 0x80070652 is the common error

    I ended up burning a Build 10125 ISO, but be carful the Windows 7 tool to burn a DVD does it wrong I could not install on a MBR partition , so ended up using Imgburn.

    I cant find any settings for the Windows 7 burn program so select the type of boot option.

    I managed to get the Desktop PC and fixed the Build 10130 installed in the end, but no luck with the Toshiba laptop that runs Build 10125 ok.

    These Windows 10 installs are on a 80Gb partition.

    Any help here..?

    First off the burred ICON image issue does not exist in this build!! *Biggrin The clean install went just fine and fast. The build seems to be working just fine so far. More to come on what I find.

    I just finished installing it and it's not changed.. I would like to see it less transparent but I can live with it as it is.

    • They just set back as in 10074. The icon is smaller.
    • The start menu is still buggy: if you change the display larger, e.g. 125%, the start menu stops working, need to go back to "Start Setting" and change it to full screen then turn off again.
    • Notification Area in regular Control Panel was taken out.
    • Full screen start menu will not display the start list by default. (now it is the same as in Windows 8.1). Click the top left icon will display the Start List.
    • Pin to start list is still missing.
    • Start tab in Taskbar->Properties was taken out.

    Still testing......
