Windows 10: Windows 10 Build 1511, 10586 update version fail

Fails to Upgrade to Windows 10 v.1511, 10586

Firstly, I have bought a Laptop which including Windows 10 OEM from factory then I add SSD and Clone HHD which have a licence (all of disk to SSD). After that, I have been trying to up version to be 10586, during updating version in updating were normally and done by no any problem then it needed to restart and I did it. After windows has restarted show message as the figure

The version in my laptop still shows the old version, so I tried to solved the problem by reading this https://www.tenforums.com/installatio...ov-update.html that have a same problem. However, I could not fix this problem.

How can it fix it out. (Even my laptop has been remoted by Microsoft support for 2 hour that he tried to fix but he could not as well)

Errors: "0x8024200d", "0xc1420127", "0x80131501" while installing Windows 10 Pro, version 1511.

Automatic update tried to update Windows 10 so many times with different error codes as below

"Failure Content Install Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200d: Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586.'

"Failure Content Install Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0xc1420127: Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586."

"Failure Content Install Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200d: Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586."

"Failure Content Install Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200d: Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586."

"Failure Content Install Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200d: Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586."

and so on and so on on on more attempts.

The latest error is

"Failure Content Install Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80131501: Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586."

I have tried researching all the internet responses to this problem but no solution works.

I am really frustrated now and would appreciate some HELP.

Failed on install another language pack

I had the same issue on Windows 10 Version 1511 Build 10586 and I've noticed that failing LP is from Windows 10 Technical Preview Edition.

Then I manually downloaded lp.cab for 10586 build and successfully installed it with lpksetup command.
