Windows 10: Windows 10 build 17763.316 doesn't reconize digital license

A few years ago I had a Windows 8 PC then I upgraded it to Windows 10 so I have digital license. I used that on 2 devices and now I want to active another PC with that license, but Windows does not want to active
Any solutions?

Thats how licensing works with Windows 10, the digital license is attached to your Microsoft Account and makes it easy to reactivate Windows 10 in the event you reinstall it.

Hello William,

Digital license or Digital entitlement can be obtained when a Windows device has been upgraded from an old version to the latest one. If you have an old Windows 7 device that was upgraded to Windows 10, the product key will be converted to a Digital license
which is stored on our Activation servers. Digital license activation will not prompt for a product key during installation.

Here are some scenarios that will require a Digital license activation:

• Upgrading to Windows 10 for free from an eligible device running a genuine copy of Windows 7 or Windows 8.1.
• Buying genuine Windows 10 from the Microsoft Store and successfully activated Windows 10.
• Buying a Windows 10 Pro upgrade from the Microsoft Store and successfully activated Windows 10.
• Being a Windows Insider and upgrading to the newest Windows 10 Insider Preview build on an eligible device that was running an activated earlier version of Windows and Windows 10 Preview.
